Monday + Thursday at 2 pm AST
Tuesday + Friday at 12:30 pm AST
Day 1: Core, Glutes and Hamstrings
Day 2: Full Upper Body
Day 3: Conditioning and Core
Day 4: Full Body
*Every week we will rotate the days so that if you plan to always come on Monday and Wednesday, you won’t be focusing on the same muscle groups every week.
