This program was built to burn calories while building muscle, with a variety of different circuits, tabata's and HIIT. You will target your entire body with a combination of bodyweight and weighted exercises in every workout!
Workout Program Details:
- 3 Full Body Workouts per week (45-60 minutes) + 1 Cardio/Stretching Workout (30-45 minutes)
- Gym Based Program, equipment required: dumbbells, bench, treadmill, skipping rope, small looped bands
- Videos demonstrations for all exercises on the KDAVIS App (Pro membership required)
- Intermediate to Advanced Fitness level
