Details of the Challenge:
Length of Challenge: 60 Days
Gym Workout Program: Equipment recommended; Dumbbells, Barbells, Bench, Treadmill, Rower
Format of the Program: Testing at the beginning and end of the program. The program is broken down into three phases of training.
Phase 1 and 2 (7 days cycles) 4 workouts per week + 1 optional workout + 2 rest days
Phase 3 (6 day cycle) 5 workouts per week + 1 rest day
Program Design: Strength and Conditioning Training, HIIT and Cardio
