Length of Challenge: 21 Days
Gym Workout Program: 45-60 mins / 4 Days per week (3 full body workouts + 1 cardio workout)
Program Design: HIIT and Metabolic Circuits with a combination of strength, cardio conditioning, and plyometric movements
